Hello to our new clients as well as our loyal existing ones! If you weren't already aware, our groomer does charge for clients who cancel their grooming appointments under 24 hours before their time slot or do not show up for their appointment. Our groomer is commission based therefore if she is not grooming she is not getting paid! We hope you understand and we know life gets in the way sometimes but please try to give us a heads up!
