Senior Pet Parents Save More!
We’re proud to offer a 10% discount on all treatments and diagnostics for clients aged 60 and over—our way of saying thank you for your trust and care.
Please note: Discount excludes food, over-the-counter items, and prescription medications.
All appointments scheduled with a DVM will be charged a consultation fee.
Every visit with our veterinarian includes a thorough head-to-tail examination to ensure your pet’s overall health and well-being. A general consultation fee applies to appointments with our doctors, covering the time and care taken during this essential exam.
We’re an appointment-based clinic, but we understand that unexpected situations can arise!
If you walk in and we have availability, we’ll do our very best to accommodate you. Please note that walk-in visits may be subject to a higher fee, as they may require adjusting our scheduled appointments with the veterinarian.
We understand that emergencies can happen, and we’re here to help whenever we can.
If your pet is experiencing an emergency and we’re able to adjust our schedule to accommodate you, an additional fee may apply. This is to account for the changes required to prioritize urgent care while ensuring all our patients continue to receive the attention they need.
We offer reduced consultation fees for follow-up visits related to a previous diagnosis or treatment. These recheck appointments help us monitor your pet’s progress and ensure they’re on the right track to recovery.
Complimentary Post-Op Recheck with Our Veterinary Technicians
We offer a free follow-up visit with one of our Vet Techs to ensure your pet’s incision site is healing properly.
If there are any signs of infection or concerns with healing, the technician will inform you and recommend a follow-up appointment with the veterinarian.
Concerned About Your Pet’s Healing?
If you notice any signs that your pet’s recovery isn’t progressing as expected—such as redness, swelling, or discharge around the incision site—a veterinarian appointment will be required. This allows the doctor to assess the area and determine if additional care, like antibiotics, is needed.
Still Not Resolved? We’re Here to Help.
If your pet’s issue is ongoing and it’s been less than 7 days since the initial consultation, we offer a brief recheck with a veterinarian for the same concern. This allows us to reassess the situation and discuss the next steps for your pet’s care.
Ongoing Concern? Let’s Reassess Together.
If your pet’s issue is still unresolved within 30 days of the first consultation, we’re here to help with a follow-up visit. This allows us to revisit the situation, discuss the next steps, and ensure your pet is on the right track to recovery.
If sedation is needed or your pet has any existing medical conditions, please schedule an appointment with a veterinarian to ensure the best care and safety for your pet.
Please note that additional charges may apply for patients who require extra care or handling.*
